You may use Datanito products for legitimate personal and business work. You may not use them to cause harm, evade safeguards, violate law, or compromise people, systems, or rights.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, destructive exploitation, phishing, fraud, or evasion of security controls.
- Actions that violate privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, employment, financial, health, safety, or other applicable laws.
- Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, deceptive impersonation, or non-consensual intimate content.
- High-impact decisions about individuals where automated output is used without legally required review, transparency, safeguards, or appeal.
- Unsafe autonomous actions in physical, medical, critical infrastructure, weapons, or other high-risk environments without appropriate controls and lawful authorization.
- Using integrations, agents, or workflows beyond the permissions granted by the owner of the connected system or data.
- Attempting to disable, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with service protections except where explicitly authorized.
- Using Datanito services to violate third-party platform terms or to distribute spam at scale.
Agent and workflow responsibilities
When you configure agents to act through tools, you are responsible for scoping permissions, testing behavior, selecting appropriate approval points, reviewing outputs, and monitoring consequential actions. Do not grant broader credentials than needed.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or comply with law. We may preserve relevant records when required for security investigations or legal obligations.
